Luxurious Apartment near Texas Medical Center

Muy mal Positive: No porque no era el apartamento correcto me ubicaron del otro lado no en la ubicación q yo reserve. Negative: Desde un principio no podía entrar todo era confuso y estaba parada buscando clave y un carro de atrás abrió el portón para entrar al garaje q da el acceso al edificio y cuando logre agarrar las llaves y el control y Pues el control no tenía batería ,llegue por la noche al siguiente día me enteré q me dieron un apartamento equivocado osea yo reserve en frente de la piscina y me dieron uno del otro lado del edificio. Al final termine muy molesta porque era domingo y q las oficinas cerradas y ni me cambiaron y ni me reembolsaron. Pague 500 por dos dias y según apartamento de lujo y nada de eso era. No se los recomiendo y los pasillos huelen feo nada de lo q dise es sierto.las camas chillaban solo con medio moverse . Y los controles de larv sin batería tambien. Todo mal

Stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, location is perfect distance to NRG stadium. Pool was nice too

Unfortunately, our experience at this property was not what we had hoped. Upon arrival, the key fob did not work, which would have been a major issue—though it ultimately didn’t matter, as the door strike plates were broken, raising serious safety concerns. The code to enter the door was changed during our stay and that change was not communicated to us which locked us out until someone else thankfully came along letting us in.The office staff was able to fix the door fob by changing the battery for us and it worked much better after that. They were also able to tell us why we couldn’t get in and give us the new code. I recommend contacting the apartment building company directly to do business because they were much more helpful and accommodating than the company who rents out the apartment.Cleanliness was also lacking. We found black hair in the bottom of the bathroom showers, and the second bedroom’s light did not function, making it unusable at night. The kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking gear, which made preparing meals challenging.The hallways often smelled strongly of marijuana or body odor, and we even encountered a cockroach just outside the apartment, which was very unsettling. Additionally, the hot tub was not warm—below even bathtub temperature—and was not usable during our stay.This property has potential, but it’s in need of better maintenance and management. I would not recommend it in its current condition.
