Furnished 2 bed/2 bath Apt by Texas Medical Center

Location isn't bad, cleanliness was! Positive: The location was in a very pleasant neighborhood and convenient to MD Anderson. Negative: The gate fob was not offered and it was raining. The patio rug was molded and nasty. The outlets in the master bath were not working (we called and they never sent maintenance as they said they would) Dishes on the table were filthy. The Trashcan lid was filthy. For $150 cleaning fee, we did not get the money's worth when we arrived. However, we left it in $150 worth of clean.

Overall the apartment a 9.5. This place is a highly recommended. Positive: Parking was convenient. Having a PIN code for security gate was a plus. Entering the building was accurate. Accessing the apartment was easy. Bedding is clean. Kitchen very clean. Space was enormous for a family of (4-8). Quite neighboring for a weekend stay Temperature was easy to adjust. Wi-fi was excellent with hundreds of cable access. Absolutely no bugs, critters or ants. Overall the apartment a 9.5 Negative: 👎🏽 No pizza pan 👎🏽 Lighting glitchy in some rooms 👎🏽 A few minor stains on the carpet
