Spacious 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath condo in The Woodlands

There for work Positive: It was a nice, gated community - quiet and plenty of parking. Negative: The bed is very (very) uncomfortable - saggy (not just soft, but saggy). The chair at the desk was not really suitable for sitting and working. The couch was worn and also very saggy. But worst was the misinformation. I booked using Booking.com but the host called to say the credit card processing failed (it didn't - booking.com just hold the payment until the stay in case of cancellation I guess - it was refundable) but the host called and wanted me to pay off the booking.com platform due to 'payment issues'. Of course I suspected this to be a scam as I had the booking.com confirmation and never have problems paying on platform. It wasn't a scam really, but it was disingenuous - close to a lie - by the host. They just wanted the money earlier than booking.com were prepared to release it I suspect. I did book for over$4k of accommodation and it was a number of weeks before my stay, so it was a lot of money.

Stay was good. Ike was very helpful when we had issues with the tv connection. Environment neat and convenient for what we wanted. As a patient with mobility issues, bathroom was very accesible.

My stat was amazing qnd I will stay again. Positive: The beautiful scenery and the friendly people. Safe, clean and secure. Everything was beautiful inside and out. Negative: N/A

Donker appartement met uitzicht op garage boxen/parkeerterrein - gym faciliteit van het complex fijn Positive: Het is fijn dat er een gym is op het complex - er is ook een mooi zwembad, maar daar hebben wij geen gebruik van gemaakt Negative: De foto's op de website zijn wat misleidend - er zou meer duidelijk gemaakt mogen worden wat foto's van het appartement zelf zijn en wat foto's zijn van gemeenschappelijke ruimtes. Het appartement zou tuin-view hebben - maar keek uit op een paar garage boxen en parkeer terrein - het appartement zelf is erg donker - en dat is nu precies waar ik niet van hou. Beter om een appartement zo wie zo aan zwembad kant te kiezen. Er wonen hier mensen permanent - dus het is niet alleen voor vakantie ganger - op zichzelf geen probleem, maar ook dat had gecommuniceerd kunnen worden
