Relaxing 4 Bedroom House in the Woodlands, TX

Very good hospitality, but the place was good not great Positive: We enjoyed the various amenities and the staff s prompt & polite responses to our inquiries. The instructional check in and policies were very detailed and straightforward. Overall, the place was nicely decorated and decently maintained. Negative: The condition of the place was good but there were some issues with cleaning; one of my friends found a dead roach in her bedsheets. While the issues were minor, A lot of the walls, cabinets, and furniture had visible scuffs and wear-and-tear that made us concerned we might be fined for it. The wear-and-tear didn't affect the usability though and the staff quickly responded to our concerns and said it would be dealt with promptly.
