Spacieux condo 1 chambre / 1 salle de bain à The Woodlands

Enjoyable Positive: This was our third year. The price is right. Location is good. Safe neighborhood Negative: I feel like it could have been a little cleaner. There was stuff on the floor from the last visitors. My feet were dirty like they didn’t mop before we came.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The one bedroom apartment was very spacious and really clean. The location was awesome. Everything was in that area. We enjoyed the walking trails and really good restaurants in the area also. We will come back here when we are in the Woodlands again.

There for work Positive: It was a nice, gated community - quiet and plenty of parking. Negative: The bed is very (very) uncomfortable - saggy (not just soft, but saggy). The chair at the desk was not really suitable for sitting and working. The couch was worn and also very saggy. But worst was the misinformation. I booked using Booking.com but the host called to say the credit card processing failed (it didn't - booking.com just hold the payment until the stay in case of cancellation I guess - it was refundable) but the host called and wanted me to pay off the booking.com platform due to 'payment issues'. Of course I suspected this to be a scam as I had the booking.com confirmation and never have problems paying on platform. It wasn't a scam really, but it was disingenuous - close to a lie - by the host. They just wanted the money earlier than booking.com were prepared to release it I suspect. I did book for over$4k of accommodation and it was a number of weeks before my stay, so it was a lot of money.

Stay was good. Ike was very helpful when we had issues with the tv connection. Environment neat and convenient for what we wanted. As a patient with mobility issues, bathroom was very accesible.

My stat was amazing qnd I will stay again. Positive: The beautiful scenery and the friendly people. Safe, clean and secure. Everything was beautiful inside and out. Negative: N/A
