Furnished 3-Bed, 2.5-Bath Apartment Near Galleria

We stayed one week at this Airbnb. The unit is as described, centrally and conveniently located. The host promptly resolved two issues we had with this Airbnb. There was an issue with the host's description of the unit number in the email sent to us before arrival; thus, we could not find the unit until we called and clarified. One of the bathrooms was clogged, and this issue was promptly resolved as well. Overall, great experience.

Great location, and the apartment was clean and spacious! However, communication from management could have been better. Check-in and check-out instructions were not provided in advance, and when requested, I received generic responses that didn’t address my specific questions. It took multiple phone calls to reach the manager and figure out access to the building and apartment. One of the provided phone numbers wasn’t even working. Despite the communication issues, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay overall.
