Hermoso y espacioso apartamento cerca de Texas Medical

Overall the place was clean and a decent location but it is definitely well worn. The beds and pillows are not that comfortable and there are no blackout curtains or drapes, even, so the rooms are very bright. We also didn't receive the proper check-in instructions. Luckily the property manager was on site and able to meet us but there were issues getting the app to work to unlock the doors. After a 30+ minute struggle, we finally got it to work on my husband's phone but despite multiple requests, I was locked out with a toddler for 15+ minutes because the property manager did not take care of getting me access in the morning as requested and then was slow to take care of it when I finally got a hold of him. They also only provided one key for the door, which is to also say it's pretty ridiculous to need a key and an app to open doors. The property also has many areas that smell like weed. The place met our basic needs but we will not be staying again. I'm probably being generous with three stars.

Great stay! Convenient from where we needed to be. Home was nice, clean and roomie for 6 guest. Security was very good from the garage to the apartment building.
